Introducing Matrica
We are happy to announce the official launch of the Matrica Beta.
What is Matrica?
Matrica aims to unify the Web3 experience into a single, intuitive application. The blockchain has a wealth of real-time information, however making it easy to read and connect the dots has always been difficult.
Beta Features
Matrica Engine
-Our first iteration of Matrica represents the foundational engine that will be powering all other features of the site.
-This engine parses the blockchain and caches the data in an API so that we can organize, connect, and serve it at high speeds.
Multi-Wallet Login
-This release includes our multi-wallet login system. Unlike Web2, our site requires no email or password. To get started, simply sign up by connecting your wallet and linking it to a unique username. This username will become your vanity address, i.e https://matrica.io/Tranquil.
-Once your account has been created, you can go to the Settings page to link your Discord, Twitter (soon), and add your other wallets. Any linked wallet can be used to sign in with.
Profile Page
-Express your Metaverse persona through your profile page. Show off your NFTs in the Gallery tab. All the NFTs from your multiple wallets will be combined on this page. Click on the three dot menu to see special actions available (Pixel & Corrupted holders take note).
-Set your custom banner and pfp by clicking the three dot menu on any NFT.
-Check our your transactions from all wallets in the Activity tab.
-Add your Twitter feed by linking Twitter.
NFT, Collection, and Company Pages
-Each NFT and NFT collection will have a dedicated page.
-The NFT page includes all attributes as well as the sales history of the NFT.
-The collection page includes a gallery of all NFTs in the collection, as well as the transaction history.
-Soon we will be adding company pages which show all collections created by each company, i.e Matrica Labs.
Holder Verification
-Once you have linked your discord you will automatically receive @Hodler role in our Discord and gain access to the #hodlers-lounge.
-This will also be a required role for future tournaments.
Roadmap
The roadmap for Matrica is extensive. We will be revealing this incrementally as each release becomes ready. Here are some of our upcoming features in the near-term:
Social Features
Our first emphasis will be on the social features of the site, something we feel is generally lacking in the crypto/nft space.
This will include:
-The ability to link Twitter.
-The ability to add friends.
-The ability to DM friends.
-The ability to follow users to see their tweets and activity in your feed.
Company Features
We aim to bring NFT companies onto our platform by offering a suite of features.
These include:
-The ability to add a Company page
-The ability to add collections to your company page and to manage different collections.
-The ability to add special “Actions” to your NFTs. (i.e Pixel holders have a special Action to set a custom animated border to their PFP that uses the colors from their Pixel.)
We are currently developing a CMS framework that will allow companies to create these integrations without the need for a custom implementation on our end.
-Automatic discord sales bot for any NFT company that signs up.
-Much more…
This Beta period will last ~1 month until we officially launch. We hope to have many of the above features ready before then. We will be looking to the community for feedback and bug reports. If you have any issues or suggestions post them in #💻-beta-feedback on our discord.
